Sessions are customer interactions with the return portal.

Under Analytics/Sessions, you will be able to see data and all Return Requests offers. Unlike RMAs, you can see all resolutions offered to customers, not just the chosen resolution. You will also be able to see data for your customers who never completed their return requests.

This is entirely optional for you to see, our algorithm considers everything for you.
