In order to use any resolution based on ReturnScore, you must finish all the steps under ReturnScore settings on the resolution page. There you need to provide us with information about your store, for example, who pays to ship back, rough margins, reverse logistic costs, returned item value (%), and cost of your return handling (for example your restocking fee).
These parameters can be rough numbers to help our algorithm start giving your customers real-time resolutions that will increase your profit and reduce refunds. The Resolutions will automatically improve for your customers, based on their behaviors, such as retention, average value, any return abuse etc.
