You are able to decide that some products cannot be kept or donated, some products must be shipped back before you provide credit/refund, and never offer a ’Ship it back later’ resolution.
We remind you that our algorithm knows how to prevent problems with each case. For example, if there is a big risk returning an expensive product, such as an iPhone, we would not offer it, but you can customize it by excluding specific products (iPhone), or a collection of products (Electronics), and still make the resolution available for all other items.
