Can I automatically generate a return label?
Yes.
You can use the ship with pre-paid label return method, which lets you link a shipping account for your label needs.
ReturnGO also supports direct integration with many of the biggest shipping platforms like Shippo, Shipstation, EasyPost, Sendcloud, etc.
Link your shipping account through the Return Methods page.
Once you configure the ship with pre-paid label method, you can apply it to a return policy or directly to a return request.
The option to print the return label is automatically sent to the customer once the return request is approved.
Where can I edit my return address?
You can edit your return address in Settings > Return Methods.
Edit the return address you send your customers depending on the return method type.
Editing the Return Address in Ship with Any Carrier Return Method
To edit the return address in the ship with any carrier return method:
1. Go to Return Methods.
2. Choose the ship with any carrier return method.
3. Click EDIT.
4. Choose SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.
5. In the Shipping Instructions section:
a. Choose the locale to display the shipping instructions text.
b. Edit the content.
6. Click SAVE.
Editing the Return Address in Ship with Pre-Paid Label Return Method
To edit the return address in the ship with pre-paid label return method:
1. Go to Return Methods.
2. Choose the ship with pre-paid label return method.
3. Click EDIT.
4. Choose RETURN ADDRESS.
5. Edit your return address.
a. Note: Since some carrier platforms do not accept special characters, it’s recommended to remove any special characters and extra spaces in all fields in your return address.
6. Click SAVE.
Editing the Return Address in No Shipment Required or Return to Store Location Return Method
In most cases, your return address is not used in either of the no shipment required or return to store location return methods.
You still have the option to mention it in the Shipping Instructions.
