A Packing Slip is a document describing the return shipment’s contents. 

The packing slip contains a separate line item for each item shipped. Each line item states the product number, product description, and unit quantity shipped. 

Requirements 

• The Packing Slip feature is available to Pro plan customers. 
• This feature does not apply to no shipment required return method types. 

Configuring Packing Slip

1. Go to Return Methods
2. Choose the return method for which to enable the feature.
3. In the Shipping Instructions section: 
   1. Enable the packing slip
   2. Choose a locale
   3. Edit instructions for your customers.
4. Click SAVE CHANGES

NOTE : Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each return method for which you want the Packing Slip feature to be enabled.
