Overview

What is Deliverr?

Deliverr is a fulfillment service with a network of warehouses across the US. In addition, Deliverr provides an inventory tracking platform for Shopify stores.

The ReturnGO-Deliverr Integration supports the following capabilities: 

  • Automatically create a return record in Deliverr once a return request is approved and a return label is issued. 
  • Report returned item inspection results from Deliverr back to ReturnGO.

Merchants that are referred by Deliverr will automatically receive a 20% discount on their monthly subscription price. 

Requirements

To link your Deliverr account to ReturnGO, you will need:

  • Deliverr username and password.
  • An integration with a shipping account.
  • Deliverr’s return shipping address.

Limitations

  • Works with US-based shipping integrations, namely: Shippo, Shipstation, EasyPost, and USPS Merchandise Returns Services. 

(Note: Additional integrations, including FedEx and UPS direct integrations will be added in the future.)

Setup

Linking your Deliverr Account to ReturnGO

To integrate your Deliverr account with ReturnGO:

  1. Go to Integration > Products & Services.
  2. In the Products & Services page, click ADD PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
  3. In the New Product or Service Integration dropdown, choose Deliverr.
  4. Click the green to add the new integration.
  5. Click CONNECT.
  6. Log in with your Deliverr username and password when prompted.
    If successful, Deliver will be added to the list of integrations.
  7. Make sure Create RMA is enabled.

Adding a Shipping Account for Pre-Paid Labels

ReturnGO supports integration with shipping platforms such as Shippo, Shipstation, EasyPost, and USPS Merchandise Return Services. 

To link your shipping account: 

  1. Go to Settings > Return Methods.
  2. Choose Ship with Pre-Paid Label.
  3. Click EDIT.
  4. In the Label Address section, choose the shipping platform and enter the relevant information to complete the form.

  5. Click SAVE.

Update your Return Shipping Address

The return address of your ship with pre-paid label return method should point to Deliverr’s return fulfillment center address. 

To update your return address:

  1. Go to Settings > Return Methods.
  2. Choose Ship with Pre-Paid Label.
  3. Click EDIT.
  4. In the Return Address section, update your return address in this format.
    NOTE: The return shipping address is generally in this format: Store_Name - Returns, 15801 Santa Ana Ave , Fontana, CA 92337
  5. Click SAVE.


How It Works

The ReturnGO-Deliverr Integration automatically creates a return record in Deliverr whenever a return request is approved on the ReturnGO Dashboard

Relevant information about the return request will reflect on the corresponding return record in Deliverr.
