Setting up your returns portal takes less than 5 minutes. We recommend first completing the basic mandatory setup, get to know the system, and then customize it to your needs.

First you’ll need to match your official return policy to your portal. The onboarding flow on the home screen will guide you to set up your return methods, confirm your return address, and then set up your policy rules based on your return resolutions.

Once you complete the onboarding and reach 100%, you can test how the portal will look to your customers and tweak it to your preference.
