SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Overview

You can manage your ReturnGO subscription by going to Subscription Plans.

The Subscription Plans page allows you to:

  • Review your current subscription plan details
  • Check out and compare ReturnGO’s available plans
  • Upgrade/downgrade your current subscription plan
  • Request for a custom plan (for high volume needs)

Each plan will show you the following details: 

  • Monthly returns quota
  • Monthly price
  • Price per excess return
  • Plan description (the included features)

To view your current subscription plan:

  1. Click your email at the top-right area of your ReturnGO Dashboard to open the Account menu
  2. Click Subscription Plans

The Current Plan area shows your current subscription plan details, including its pricing and included features.

The Offered Plans area shows all available ReturnGO plans. This allows you to compare each available plan and your current plan.

View Current Subscription Plan

Your current subscription plan is the ReturnGO subscription plan actively applied on your ReturnGO account, which entails both features and pricing details.

To view your current subscription plan details: 

  1. Go to Subscription Plans
  2. The Current Plan area shows your current subscription plan details, including its pricing and included features.

Switching to a New Subscription Plan

Each subscription plan varies on their included monthly returns quota, features, and pricing.

You can upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time. Once you’ll approve the new billing, Shopify will take care of the monthly payment difference immediately or on the next billing, according to the change type.

To upgrade/downgrade your subscription plan:

  1. Go to Subscription Plans
  2. In the Offered Plans area, look for the subscription plan you would want to switch to
  3. Click UPGRADE NOW or DOWNGRADE
    You will be redirected to a confirmation page to confirm the billing
  4. Click ACCEPT to accept the new billing
NOTE: If your current plan is not one of the available plans, UPGRADE NOW or DOWNGRADE will be replaced with SELECT.

Request for a Custom Plan

For high volume requirements, i.e. 1000 returns or above per month, you can reach out to our Sales team to discuss your needs.

To contact our sales team for a custom plan:

  1. Go to Subscription Plans
  2. Look for the Contact Us card
  3. Click CONTACT US
  4. Explain the plan you need and leave your contact email
  5. Click GET PRICING

Sales should be in touch with you within the next few days.
