The ReturnGO Return & Exchange Portal app is available in Shopify App Store.
Install ReturnGO
To install ReturnGO Return & Exchange Portal:
- Go to Shopify App Store
Alternatively, you can go to Shopify Admin > Apps then click CUSTOMIZE YOUR STORE or click SEE WHAT’S NEW - Search for “ReturnGO”
- Click Return & Exchange Portal by ReturnGO
- Click ADD APP
- Accept the data permissions confirmation from Shopify
- Select your ReturnGO plan
- Accept the billing plan
After accepting the billing plan, you will automatically get redirected to your ReturnGO Dashboard to finish your onboarding setup.
Once installed, the ReturnGO app will appear in Shopify Admin > Apps, under the Installed Apps section.
Shopify > Apps
Shopify Admin > Apps lets you access and manage your ReturnGO app within your store.
Return & Exchange Portal redirects to your ReturnGO Dashboard, where you can manage your return requests and policy rules settings.
Get Support opens a ticket to ReturnGO Support to address any questions or issues you have with the Return & Exchange Portal app.
About lets you manage ReturnGO within your Shopify store. It allows you to:
- Check ReturnGO’s purpose
- Manage the app proxy details
NOTE : The app proxy setting allows Shopify to act as a proxy when your shop sends a request to ReturnGO

- Delete the app
Delete uninstalls ReturnGO.
Uninstall ReturnGO
If you remove ReturnGO, a request to erase your customers’ personal information from this app will be sent to ReturnGO after 48 hours, unless the app is reinstalled.
To uninstall ReturnGO:
- Go to Shopify Admin > Apps
- Look for Return & Exchange Portal
- Click DELETE
